Crestline Medical is well connected in the used medical equipment marketplace such that we can literally source any medical product you may need to acquire. We feel that the place for preowned medical equipment is vital in the open marketplace to keep prices down in the arena of brand new equipment. The general rule for cost to the end consumer is 50% or less of what you would pay for a brand new unit.

We are often asked about the process of preparing equipment for sale to our customers such as, what standards do you have for the quality of Medical Equipment that you sell?

We have three varying degrees of quality, depending on the customer. The first and highest quality is that of a "Refurbished Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine". This standard is what we set for the ultimate End User or Dealer who is selling to the End User.

Second is "Bio-Med Certified Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine", this is for the Dealer or End User who wants to do their own cosmetic work but wants to have equipment that has a P.M. (Preventative Maintenance) procedure performed.

Third is the "As Is Working Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine", this equipment is sold only to dealers who want to do all the preparatory work to get the equipment ready for retail sale.

Another question is about what we mean by "Refurbished". This class of medical equipment at Crestline Medical is subject to the following standards. 1. Each "Refurbished Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine" that leaves our facility or one of our affiliate facilities has been restored or refurbished back to the original manufactures specifications.

This means that the "Refurbished Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine" will be subject to the same exacting technical, physical and electronic specifications that exist for the original manufacturer of the equipment.

Finally the "Refurbished Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine" is sent through Quality Control to assure that all paperwork on technical work is properly done and that no issues of cosmetics and accessory items are left to be resolved prior to packaging and shipping.

With regard to Warranties. We offer 90 day Parts and Labor Warranties on all of the Acuson Cypress PLUS Ultrasound machine's sold unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties of up to 1 year are available upon request.
