What standards do you have for the quality of Medical Equipment that you sell?

We have three varying degrees of quality, depending on the customer. The first and highest quality is "Refurbished" as described below, this is for the End User or Dealer who is selling to the End User.  Next is "Bio-Med Certified", this is for the Dealer or End User who wants to do their own cosmetic work but wants to have equipment that has a P.M. Preventative Maintenance procedure performed. Next is the "As Is Working" status, this equipment is sold only to dealers who want to do all the preparatory work to get the equipment ready for retail sale.

About Refurbished

Refurbished medical equipment at Crestline Medical is subject to the following standards.

    1.    Each piece of equipment that leaves our facility has been refurbished back to the original manufactures specifications. This means that the equipment will be subject to the same exacting technical, physical and electronic specifications that exist for the original manufacturer of the equipment. These standards are imposed by the FDA (ie .... Food and Drug Administration of the United States, a division of the Federal Government).

    2.    Next the equipment is put through a process we call "Reconditioning" which is a total cosmetic make-over. This step is what makes our equipment look better than most of what you see out there called used or reconditioned.  While every product cannot be restored to look brand new, we do pride ourselves on doing the best possible reconditioning job we can on each piece if our client is willing to pay for that level or refurbishment/reconditioning.

    3.    Finally the equipment is sent through Quality Control to assure that all paperwork on technical work is properly done and that no issues of cosmetics and accessory items are left to be resolved prior to packaging and shipping.

Warranties

We offer 90 day Parts and Labor Warranties on all products sold unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties are available upon request.

Return Policy.

Merchandise may be returned only upon written approval from Crestline Medical LLC. Any approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. Fees, Warranties and Freight charges are nonrefundable.
